We all know the benefits that the Yoga practice brings.

Yoga does not only teach us to take and maintain more or less demanding positions (asanas), it also brings our attention to the present, absent the distractions of the mind. Yoga can open us to the inner and surrounding world.

Conscious Walk, with active presence, is the best way to experience a hike.

Private Yoga classes can be also arranged (about 1 hour and half length) at your accommodation or you can do an easy hike (2 hours) and then practice in the countryside.

At the beginning of this special excursion we will practice Yoga to get in touch with the physical bodies and the breathing.

Then, along the way, we will try to get in deep contact with Nature through simple visualizations and meditations.

I suggest to carry a mat or a big (pool) towel for practicing in the countryside.

Note: it is possible to organize a different hike, with a different starting place, according to your needs.
