How has the Tuscan landscape changed thanks to the work of the man during the ages?

During this walk we will detect many human traces, that are rooted in the ancient and recent past.

We will then observe how we are still linked to them!

Our adventure starts from the old village of Raggioli, with its stone houses. We will then explore the lower part of the Vallombrosa forest, which once upon a time was a cultivated field. While experiencing cypress and pine tree woods we will enjoy views of the magnificent Tuscan countryside from the ancient site of Magnale. We will also see two old water mills along the way.
